|  yeah put hot water, salt, and some soap in a zip lock baggy, put the pipe in there and let it soak over night. Rinse it out and repeat till its clean. After one soak though you'll be able to tell if it's clear or not as the crap on the inside should break up and rinse out at least partially. Use those q tip things you clean your ears with to give it a scrape and make sure if water doesn't remove anything on the rinse. Rubbing alcohol would work even better but it's not something I ever have on hand so I make do with just hot water and such.

| well i got it soaking in just hot water right now. hopefully that will do. if not ill repeat the process tommorrow with some soap.
