plastic bowls

are homemade plastic bowls dangerous?? i'm talkin about like the bottom of a contact lense case.

wouldn't plastic melt, thus sorta making a bud - plastic combination type thingy...?

and there's bound to be fumes come from the plastic, and i'm sure they're bad

just try burning a piece of plastic and it starts to smell pretty rank (i like playing with my lighter)

thats what i was thinkin but it is really thick plastic so i was hoping it wouldn't burn or melt.

I'm not sure about the toxins though it's probably true because I've never heard anyone use a plastic bowl. But it would melt so there would be no point. Try and find either a glass bowl or a brass one, those are the best.

Contact lens cases are pretty hard and sturdy, but bowls heat up a lot when you're smoking- I don't recommend using plastic at all. Glass is my favorite.

no offence but that is one of the stupidist things i have ever heard you would kill ure self all the toxins it would melt you could die man dont smoke out of copper either make sure ure bowl is brass or nickel or glass

Another thing not to smoke out of is Alluminum if you didn't now. This is one of the most used things to cover a bowl but when heated it gives off a toxin called alluminum oxyde that has been prooven to cause alzheimers.

Plastic releases fumes just from being close to some heat source, you dont even have to burn it to release the fumes!
