Has anyone ever tried to make a bong out of one of those beer helmets? If so, did it work or was there a flaw? If you know this won't work, why? I would only have one bottle in there with one bowl and have the other straw blocked off.

Yeah, but I think you would need to buy another tube, and it's too much of a hassle, so I think I am going to want to stick with a one chamber.

been there, done that.

I used a hardhat, two salad dressing bottles,superglue and some tubing.
Double chamber is definetly the way to go, single chamber would be kinda lame IMO

EDIT: actually thinking about it, a single chamber probably wouldnt work at all, the balance would be out of whack unless you put it right in the middle of the hat,which would just look funny, and you wouldnt be able to reach the bowl too light it if you did that.

the only flaw was trying to smoke weed while balancing a two chamber bubbler on your head, haha. it worked fine but spilt a few times, and eventualy broke. It was intense though, called it the thinking cap.

haha funy you said that because i actually have one and i made one yesterday with two soap bottles and silicon but it totally fell apart this morning because i sat on it. so sad but life moves on.

I dont think it will fall apart if i get one of the real ones, like, the ones that are made for putting drinks in there, so i was just wondering if it would work or if anyone has done it.

Where could one normally purchase these helmets? I just made a dual chamber bong a couple weeks ago, and it worked out fantastic! I tossed the beer hat idea a while back, but havn't really gone to look for them.
