Would a pepper (the big kind thats hollow) work as a pipe. I was thinking that if you put a few holes is the top for the herb and put a straw/pen in the side, it might make a good quick pipe. I would try it but my moms home and i wont be able to til at least tuesday

I'd imagine it's workable since people use apples. You might loose some smoke since it's hollow? Let me know how it goes...I have tons of peppers coming in in the garden. Vegetables of all varieties too. Bet cucumbers would do nicely.

i think it'd work but you'd have to use another screen or make sure that you don't inhale any seeds, depending on where the hole is.

great idea. i bet if you put 2 holes in, then some water and shake it up any lose seeds will come out when you pour the water out. you could even leave some in and have it work like a bubbler :O
