so you probably know all about the sobe waterfall already, it's far from new news. well a friend of mine was talking to me about it and how nice it is, so i decided to make one myself. i didn't follow any instructions, just made it at a whim, and it turned out phenomenally.

so here it is:



here's the cap/bowl piece i put together. i happened to be very lucky finding the piece that i used. i rummaged through a bunch of tool stuff and found that one just laying there. (and happened to be the ONLY thing i could have used aside from tin foil)


cut the hole in the cap, gradually made it bigger, and then slid the piece right in. i put a small amount of specialty heat resistant glue on the bottom of the piece to keep it and the cap together nicely.



the piece that i used for the bowl is pretty oddly shaped. but as soon as i saw it, the following diagram/thought popped in my head...





this is the hole you have to make at the bottom of the bottle. i used a screwdriver type thing (but it just came to a point at the end) and my grinder (lol). i lined the screwdriver type thing up with the little pinch in the glass, and tapped it with my grinder to make a PERFECT circle hole.

i tried it then, but the hole was too small, so i reconstructed the hole with the piece, ultimately ending in a heart shape, like this:



and one more time:



extremely simple to make, gets you RETARDED.

i'll need to take pictures of it in use next time i use it!

Ok so i just made one of a water bottle (a good kind, like you would take to the gym)
and im wondering if i did it right
like it seems too easy to make
would using my carb work (or slider? i dont really know ha...whats the difference?) like if i made it seal with some duck tape?
anyways
is it really that easy?
id test it but im not smoking till i get a job cause im 18 and i need a job like no other

hahah yeah understandable situation my man. been there, done that a few times (and i'm only 20!).

but yeah it really is THAT easy. my friend whom told me about this just made one himself, and used duct tape as a seal for the bowl piece. i wouldn't recommend plastic though (because you end up inhaling a lot of plastic vapor, which is nottttt quite good for you), that's why i went with the glass bottle. but sheet, i'd hit it either way. post pics if you ever get a chance i'm curious to see how it looks.

i'm about to go spark a vanilla game though, maybe i'll use this with the roach and snap some in-action pictures.

the biggest pain with these can be making the bowl. but once thats done it takes no time. thats why i like these designs. Its simple and easy as hell to make with shit you find in your house. kudos my friend!

Can anybody tell me what the magnificent piece of engineering that the bowl used here is. I am going to buy like a dozen of those and go nuts on homemade pieces that have crappy bowls.

Hahah nice job!!! That bowl is freakin sweet!! But...I'd be afraid of the hole in the bottle, cutting skin doesn't feel good!
