Hey everyone. I was just at a craft store and found an Icing Tip, used for cakes and such. It was a perfect fit for the bong im making, so i bought it. After some research, I have found it is Nickel plated Brass. Is this safe?

Well, I've always been told that brass is one of the better metals to use. As for the nickel plating, your guess is as good as mine.

Bronze is Copper and Tin. Brass is copper and Zinc They both Have been plated with Nickel. Copper Brass ,and Tin where called "German Silver' and are used for National Steele guitars. They put Nickel in,or Over it so the copper wouldn't tarnish. Nickel is a benign Element,and, should make a favorable smoking device. It may even have a familiar 'ring" to it!
