a note on using/making tinners (pop can pipe)
after you make the 'bowl' of the tinner, hold the can w/ the bowl facing down, and hold the lighter to it, burn off all the paint, and whatever that'll burn off, hol dit there for a minute or so, you'll see when it's all gone, wipe off any soot left over the hole. you now have a bare AL can to smoke out of
and yes, use a carb hole on a tinner, the interior volume is just too large not to.
oh, and make sure that the concentration of holes in the bowl of the tinner, are cloce together, not all spread out, probably all w/in a half inch diam circle on the dent, otherwise you'll be inhaling throught the otherholes w/o the weed on top of them...

If want a REAL slow burning paper use tracing papers. Trust me, they burn REAL slow. I kind of have a hard time rolling with them though so you can do this.

Cut out a nice rectangular piece of paper. Take a pencil, like a colored pencil and wrap that once with the paper. Licking wont work so use a non-toxic glue stick. (I never taste it) You might want to use the glue on all of the paper so it keeps it shape REAL nice. Now you should be able slide the paper off of the pencil and it will keep its shape. Close off one end of the to be joint. Take your bud and piece by piece pack (dont PACK it, know what I mean) it into the paper. You can use the pencil to push the bud in. When you are done just close the remaining end.

These joints last a LONG time if you did it like I said. A constant puff puff pass will last the length of up to 4 cigs.

tissue paper??? don't use anything but rolling paper cuz who knows what kind of acids and bleaches and other chemicals its been treated with. when I couldn't get rolling papers then I'd just empty out a cigaret, rip off the filter and pack it with weed. just ask someone for one, offer to pay then a quarter for it and they usually give in. If you can't do that then just use hotknives or attempt to make a pipe or bong outa something, I don't know about using can's though. If you can't do any of those then just check out the recepie section. If you can't do any of that then just give your weed to me and I'll make good use of it.
