Using a homemade bong

For my bong I took a 2liter bottle, put tinfoil on the top, and burnt a hole in the side to inhale the smoke. What is the point of making a nother hole as a carb? And also***if i had a few shots of whiskey/vodka in the bottom of the bottle will it get me more messed up when i smoke it, and has anyone every tried this? Thanks

A carb is used to clear the chamber without sucking in more air through the bowl.

well i would stay clear of aluminum you know what they say about it...it (unlike weed) really does mess up your brain if u u inhale the vaopors from it when its hot.if its not the bowl its ok.and as for alcahol it will keep some of the thc in there so u wont get as high unless you drink the bong water(eww).

Mind you, the aluminum thing isn't proven. Any metal oxidizes more rapidly when heated.

Alcohol in bongs is really not a good idea, despite rumor that by doing this your gonna get higher.

Thats just a rumor, you are putting yourself at risk when using alcohol in your water bongs for the following reason: alcohol is flamable, especially something like Vodka..when it is used in a bong and hot air is passing through it there is a risk of flamable combustion..

This could result in someone getting really hurt, this is not the first time this issue has been brough up with bongs and alcohol, check MJ's BB and you'll find a lot of talk about it..
