It's messed up in some states you can get into more trouble being caught with paraphernalia than with the actual drug itself.
When I travel sometimes I'm forced into taking a beer can, crushing it, turning up the end you drink from and putting a small hole in a flat surface of the can.
Makes for a great pipe if you don't have or can use one.

My favorite is still a bong

I still enjoy rolling one up, it's much easier to handle and travel with.
