The University of California Santa Barbara NORML Chapter is holding a Joint Rolling Compertition. It will be held Saturday, on the 28th of January. This event is sponsered by High Times magazine and will have celebrity judges, including Ed Rosenthal, members of the Kottonmouth Kings, and Hayseed of KTYD 99.9. Prizes will be given away to the biggest, fastest, and best overall joint and blunt. Best of all, a place for medicinal smokers to medicate!

It will be at Anisq'Oyo' park in Isla Vista, outside of Goleta, CA.

For those traveling North on 101: get off at Storke Avenue and make a left. Continue until Storke dead ands into El Colegio. Turn right on El Colegio until you make a right on Embarcadero Del Mar. Anisq'Oyo' park is on the left, right before the road makes a complete 180 degree turn. The park is in the center of the Embardcadero loop.

For those traveling South on 101: Same as above only make a right instead of a left onto Storke Avenue.

The contest starts at 1 PM.
