I had to make a Gravity Bong this weekend, the one where you put the bowl in the cap and punch a hole in the bottom of the bottle and put water in there and drain it out.... ya kknow. the smoke fills and then you twist the cap and clear.... anyways

The day after i always have like throat problems, and hack up a bunch of flem. crap. I have been told its the gravity bong i just wanted to know if anybody else experianced the same problems????

well that much smoke would be especially harsh, so if you were beginning to get sick, or had a sensitive throat then it could be to blame. My guess is you were starting to get sick, and then the smoking irritated the hell out of your throat.

Well i guess its such a harsh hit becuase you burn like a full bowl. and its dry and hot and think, yellow no good. so yeah it does infect your throat and burns it and puts water in your lungs garenteed!

I believe there are many members who have gotten blazed off their ass with a g-bong, and would love to argue with you. It's just about how high you want to get, and a g-bong will do the job.

Instead of having the bowl just sitting on top of the thing, make it so you have a tube running from the bowl into the water...when you pull up smoke bubbles will come up from the water. Easier on the throat.

its not that you dont get high, cuz u get really high, but i kinda feel like its a waste of weed.

A little trick...
Buy an ash catch with a partial downstem and string it through the hole on top of the 2-litre in a GB. It is essentially like taking a bong hit upside down, due to the filtration process. It also destroys you.
