Yesterday (wednesday) my dad and I were talking about marijuana prices and stuff and then after a bit he just hands me a $20 bill and says "Here, get me what you can with this" I was like , alright then... heh

Anyways my buddy rolled 4 joints for him and I gave them to him and he smoked 2 that night.. he said he was going for a walk then he comes back at like 2:00 a.m. and had 2 joints left and said to me "Is there anyway for a refund? Nah, this stuff is not for me.. I don't know how anyone can smoke that stuff. It makes you cough" those were his exact words pretty much..
so I smoked one of those joints in bed like 2:15 a.m. Then I got up at like 11:00 a.m. and I took a shower and got dressed then I smoked the other joint at around 12:30 p.m. then I smoked a bowl at around 1:45 p.m. (about a half an hour ago) and now it's 2:17 p.m. me writing this :-)

Well I'm all out of weed now :-(.. sucks that my Dad decided he doesn't like weed. I wonder why..
I wonder if he got high? maybe he didn't and just coughed .. lol..
he probably knows how to smoke them because he's been smoking cigs for like 24 years.

ah well..

dude, tell your dad alotta people don't really get high the first time, some do but most don't. some it even takes longer. you should try smoking the joints with him, or pack a bowl and smoke that with him because I find a pipe is a good thing to begin on. smoke up with your dad a few times and make sure he does it right.

A lot of people don't get high their first time.. You need to tell him that he probably didn't and he should try it again after a while... Tell him what kind of feelings he should expect and make him do it in your presence so you can guide him. Tell him that after a couple of times the coughing will be at a minimum... I don't think you can inhale as much marijuana in one breath as you can tobacco but maybe I'm wrong.

Oh yeah and since he's a tobacco smoker or was or whatever tell him that a lot of people who smoke marijuana regularly cough their ass off when they try tobacco and vice versa... That way he wouldn't be discouraged from trying it because of the initial coughing.

oh yeah and let him know one thing, you definitely don't smoke weed the same way you smoke cigarettes or cigars, the inhaling is totally different. he's probably used to smoking tobacco products only.

that is cool, you should of asked to smoke with him. to bad he doesnt like it, that sucks. i am sure he will come to his sences soon, dont worry.

i could never see my dad doing that. hahahha, funny.

Well if my dad ever does smoke it again it will be with me.. I guess.. I'll probably ask if he want's to smoke with me sometime next week.. thats when I'm picking up an ounce and right now I have no weed at all

I should get him to take some bong hits.. lol..
that might be little hard for him though .. he's probably never done any bong hits before

I was gonna say the same thing...if you smoke joints the same way you smoke cigarettes you are throwing away good weed.

Mabey you should make something of of Green Butter, or make some brownies, and let him eat them. I know of some people who responed very positively using that methoid.

Smoking is not for everyone.

Hmm... well I'm not a cigarette smoker, but sometimes I take a couple drags off a friend's cigarette after smoking weed. I smoke the cigarette the same way that I smoke joints. The first thing I ever smoked in my entire life was weed and I got really really high the first time too. So what do you mean smoking cigarettes is different that smoking a joint. Actually I guess when I'm smoking a joint I keep inhaling smoke until I can't anymore. And with a cigarette I don't quite do that. But it's basically the same. Cigarette smoke is actually kinda hard on my throat. I'm not sure if thats the case when you smoke cigarettes properly..
