yeah, the idea is not original, but it's good for when you don't have a piece on hand, or you're in public, etc. however, to avoid losing thc in a cigarette filter, remove the filter just by rolling it in your hand and pulling it out. then, replace that filter with one made from cardboard used from the cigarette pack. to make this filter, simply tear off a piece of the lid from the cigarette pack, and roll it into a tube. then, just stick it in where the original filter was. it's good for not getting a bunch of bud in your mouth when smoking, and it still looks like a cigarette. also, i would recommend leaving a bit of tobacco in there so you know when you start smoking tobacco, the weed is cashed.

I don't see how it would filter out the thc because i didn't think bongs did, or do they?? Wouldn't it be the same thing?

THC isn't water soluble. It can stick to a filter though. Don't compare bongs to filters

-w/ filters you really do lose alot of THC, so tear it off or roll it out as said before. I don't smoke joints anyway; I have boxes of wraps

I already posted a thread like this in another forum.

And my replies were mixed.
And people said that they tried it and didnt get as high as they normally would.

I actually thought the THC would be filtered because the filter filteres the smoke and w/e is in it, to some extent. So some of the bigger THC molecules may be absorbed into the filter. I suppose.

First time ever saying that on any forum... I made a thread about this a few months ago... Im pretty sure that the filter blocks alot of the THC. I tried the hollow cigarrette packed with weed thing... I didnt get high from it... Twice...

I used to have a machine where you BOUGHT these 'cigarette sleeves'... they were empty cigarettes, and u put pot and a sleeve in this machine and moved the deal back and forth... out popped a cigarette/joint. It was badass, made be Bugler.

Forget the minute amounts of THC your losing, it's nothing compared to the damage the TAR is doing to you. I grew up in a very Ganja friendly Island nation and as such I have been smoking since my early teens, I am now close to 30 and I am developing COPD google it..it's a lung disease. Use filters on the long run it is well worth the trouble...

If your going to make a filter Smoke out of a cigarette.

Cut the filter 60% off. maybe 70.

Because the thc won't pull through the full filter.
