The day he sold 2 joints to a narc was april 21st and he was recently arrested and handcuffed from his 3rd period class yesterday along with 12 other people in the same day.

He's 18 and sold it to a narc who wasn't a minor and only sold about 2 or 3 grams for $10. He said he was locked up but got bailed out. What do you guys think will happen to him?

That's a little harsh. I'd never wish jail on anyone just trying to sell a couple of J's.

Depends on the state but he'll probabally just get a fine and community service. You shold beat the dude who narced. He's probabally some freevibe loving b*tch.

Actually, in many areas, distribution of any amount is considered a felony. Most people aren't given community service and a fine for a felony conviction.....if this took place in school, he could face even harsher penalites, as some places actually double any penalty for distribution in a school zobne. Not trying to be a buzzkill, but potentinally, he could be in quite a bit of trouble.....

Read the post dude...he just got arrested yesterday. He hasn't been to court yet. its not as if thery arrest you, then automatically release you and say your on probation or something.

I'm pretty sure he sold it in school and it's his first offence. It all happened in california. I'm hoping they go easy on him since it's his first time and the amount he sold is only about 2 grams.
