what can i make a pipe outta real quick

yeah i have only been smokin for a few weeks... i know u can make a pipe otta an apple...popcan and tinfoil but i hear the pop and tinfoil are bad for u. and i duno how to do it with an apple... it thre anything else u guys know of from aorund the house??
