This kid that I see around was at a New Years Eve party I went to and we got to talking, apparently he loves to make homemade bongs this is his latest creation.... I think its unbelievable

Apparently its ceramic and he made it in school between an art and ceramics class, he just put the hole in for the stem after he brought it home the bowl/slide is glass and the stem which he bought, apparantely he has made a few I will try and get more pics of his other creations

President Jimmy Carter told Congress in 1977, that: "Penalties against drug use should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself. Nowhere is this more clear than in the laws against the possession of marijuana in private for personal use."

What Carter was saying was that is a guy gets caught with drugs, the punishment shouldn't hurt him more than the actual drug does. Then he says that the punishment for marijuana possession is significantly worse than the harmful effects of weed.

This really makes me want to join ceramics with my Mom. I love how that B has the spiral going up it. I know your friend could sell those. I mean people bought ceramic bowls from me and that B has a glass stem and slide which is nice for a homemade.
