|  I'm a minor, and I need help getting a smoking utensil These internet sites suck. Their problems include: a) Prices waaaaaaaayyy to high b) Need a verified PayPal shipping address, which requires a credit card c) Too much shipping costs for a $4 handheld pipe So what am I to do? I've waste a nickel bag trying to smoke doobies, I didn't even get very high off the two I made. How should I go about getting a pipe? All I want is a cheap handheld pipe to smoke out of. I'm not sure if it against the rules to ask this, but if anyone out there has an extra one I'll buy it (you could probably send the thing in a normal envelope).
