i need and idea on how to make a homemade bowl... please dont tell me the soda can one cuz i alreday know that 1... i just blew all my money on some awesome bud so i cant buy a bowl... thanx

what you SHOULD do if you spent all your dough on sweet grass and have none left over for a bowl is.....roll a little joint...joints are the best and papers are pretty cheap but if you have your heart set on a bowl....

ingredients :
Top of a salt shaker from a restaurant you know the metal ones that are like a cone
soda bottle
scissors

with scissors cut hole in the cap of the soday bottle (preferably a 2 liter bottle but you can do it with smaller or any other kind of plastic bottle really...works good with juice but i digress) make the hole big enough so that the top of the salt shaker will squeeze into it real snug creating a bowl....fill this bowl with said marijuana.....fill bottle with water....put cap on bottle...cut a hole in the bottom of the bottle and quickly put your finger over it to keep the water from coming out....light the weed and release the flood gates....when the water is all out breath it in....

thats to make a waterfall bong...my favorite of the homemade pieces but really you can use the salt shaker top idea for alot of different pieces....enjoy...

thats a great idea.... thanx... but i wuz thinking of more like a pipe kinda bowl... something that i could carry in my pocket

You can make a tinny which is a hole pipe made of tinfoil, they taste like shit though I wouldn't even bother.
Other than that and spending the money on a real one (which obviously isn't what you're asking)... I'm not sure, sorry dude. Good luck!

If you or one of your friends has a trumpet or other brass instrument, use the mouthpeice.

if you do my salt top idea in the bottle cap you can screw it onto like a hose faucet (i guess you can get it at hardware stores) and then its a bowl...and you can turn the faucet to turn it off and on which is fun....

I was at the hardware store today, and I found a reducing coupling (usually in the same aisle as the plumbing stuff) that goes from 1/2 inch to 3/8 inch. I haven't tested it yet, but it seems like it would do pretty well.
