So today I had to go out to a restaurant with my family to celebrate my birthday and I'm sittin there wishing I had a big fat joint with me..... I take a straw wrapper and start breaking it up as if I were breaking up weed. That was a lot of fun for some reason so I take another one to break up, but when I picked it up I had the greatest idea.

You can make a joint out of a straw wrapper so easily.. all you have to do is cut off the top end so you have a closed end and an open end. Just put the weed in the open end let it all fall down to the closed end. When you have enough in there, cut the joint to a little bit above where the weed stops and tighten that end a little. There you have it. No rolling necasary. I havn't tried it yet but I plan to as soon as my sister gets home with my weed . I don't know what kind of chemicals are in straw paper but I doubt theres any bleach and its very very thin, and theres no ink.

If anyone knows the chemical makeup of straw paper then please share........ seems like a good idea to me.

Let me check my big book of chemical makeups in paper. Just use some zig zags. I think if you use the straw paper you won't be able to pack the weed in good and It'd be to loose.

damn i hate when people say that. it was JUST AN IDEA. like for when you DON'T HAVE ZIG ZAGS or anything else. but yeah, it seems like a badass idea if you dont' have anything else dude. try it, and let everyone know what's up

I am also thinking that it might be a waste, the paper would burn way fast. Although might be a fun thing to try with a little weed and make a mini joint to test it.

I've lit straw wrappers on fire before, they burn REALLY fast. I really don't think it would work. You could wrap a zig-zag around a straw, and get much better results =).

To counter that last post, try setting fire to a zigzag (just a plain zigzag, no weed). You barely have enough time to throw it away before you get burned, they burn that fast! The reason they don't burn so fast when you roll them into joints is that there isn't as much oxygen on both sides for it to set on fire. So try the straw thing, you might find they don't burn as fast as people are saying (once they have some weed in them). peace

I reckon that's a funky idea. We have this really sh*tty dry weed (it's our back-up stash for when we run out of decent stuff) that I wanted to roll into a joint last night, but it just ripped the rolley paper to shreds coz it's so dry. I think just stuffing it into a straw wrapper would be cool, no rolling required and it may not rip the paper.
