I decided to try out a vaporizer, so made a light bulb one. I removed the filiment and white stuff, and all that jazz. It worked pretty well, except the top of the bottle I used is barely attached to the light bulb...I've gotta fix that I guess, lol. Right now, theres lots of duct tape, and hot glue. rofl

Anyway, used it, and still amazed by vaporizers. I love 'em. 2 hits and I'm out...

Anywho, just thought I'd post something...

I've never found lightbulb vapes to work. Something I'm doing wrong??

I don't know, but as I was reading other peoples threads, it seems like your not the only one.

I honestly don't get it. I've used my lightbulb vape at least 3-4 times, and each time its worked. I'm positive I'm not imagining it either...lol. My friend even tried it, and got ripped.

Maybe you're too hesitant with the flame or whatever you use for a heat source? I just kinda stick the thing under the light bulb until it starts making vapor, and then try to keep the lightbulb to remain about that temperature by taking the lighter away and putting it back under the bulb. Idk, it just works....I don't really understand why.

It also helps that I have a pretty low tolerance. I've smoked for over a year, but haven't smoked consistently. Currently, I only smoke about once a week....this may have something to do with it??

Don't put the lightbulb too close to the flame, because otherwise it'll just be burning lightbulb you'll be smoking. Just keep the lightbulb a few inches over the flame, you'll notice the vapors sure enough.

I used the exact same thing......like, exact same thing (Thats all my mom drinks) and it was a bitch to get on. :/

I always found that when smoking out of a light bulb vap tastes really funny in a bad way. Any ideas on why this might be?

Supposely thats just the taste of the vape. Gotta get use to it. Havent tried it yet but heard it tastes like burnt popcorn lol.

If it tastes like burnt popcorn you've cooked it too hot or too long.
