No offense, but this isn't the brightest (lol pun lol) idea I've ever heard.

I think the general consensus is chemicals + burning are a no no...particularly glowing chemicals, plastic and pens. That's like a full house of "no".

Well if you are looking how to make one, there are plenty of methods.

Hollow out highlighter so that you can see from one end to the other. Drill a hole at the top (holding horizontally) about an inch from the large opened end. Then just make a bowl from tin foil and youve got it. Use the opened end as a carb. Not very smart (burning around plastic) but itll work. Also you can make it a chillum and make a tin foil bowl at the large opened end.

I think you might be referring to a stealth pipe I have seen. You have a regular highlighter, but can twist the end off and there is a small metal pipe inside. The highlighter still works to. The one I was was purchased, not made, but if you open a highlighter, and cut the ink thing shorter you might be able to fin in something.

When I first read this thread, I thought it just said "lighter pipe" so I thought "why would you make a pipe out of a Bic?" then I read the rest.
Highlighters, and other writing utensils (including Bic pens, lol) can be easily made into a pipe.
You've also given me an idea for a mini-stealth dugout...
