This is my first one, I figured I wouldnt try anything fancy and just go with the look of a real bong. I found a cup that was from like an amusement park or something, and i cut the top off, folded the edge so it wouldnt cut your lip, drilled a hole for the straw/bowl, and put a carb on the side.

Between 2 people it worked perfectly because we did it slow and the ratchet piece (bowl) didnt get to hot to melt the plastic straw. When we had three people though it got to hot and bent the straw woops. Design flaw. So now im trying to figure out a way to get some type of metal tube, just cant figure out what!

Some people thought I had bought it it looked so good, Im proud.
