Spliffalot

Hi everyone. I am very much into making my own bongs but I'm not sure what to use as bowls. I used to just make them out of aluminium foil until I read somewhere that it could be poisonous. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks for any posts.

a socket for socket wrenches works good, they have them in different sizes, some are round on the bottom, but others turn into a thin cylindar at the bottom perfect for homeade pipes/bongs because its thin so it fits into holes good. other then that, you could buy a cheap metal pipe and saw off the bowl part and stick that on the bong chamber...

Yeah i have made a few bongs like this....just gotta find a good socket that isnt too big

I have used different mouthpieces in the past....( trumpet mouthpiece...tuba mouthpiece....etc.)

Get a glass bong bowl-piece. So on whatever piece you choose to make you can use the same bowl-piece and be assured it's legit.

I too like making pieces (although it's been awhile since I now have a few pipes and such) and find that the weakest point of most homemade smoking devices is the bowl-piece. So instead of constantly trying to make a nice bowl-piece just buy one and spend your time perfecting the other parts.

Looks like this should be moved into the homemade pieces section. You can try A mini mag lite hollowed out. They make huge chillums. Just need to pic up some screens.
