Dude ohmy god! hahaha, I've had one of those plans for as long as I can remember. I think mine is the best. First of all, I have a small arsenal at my house, so step one is to load that into the car, secure the house area, and collect my friends and family. Also, be sure to take more than one car. Travel in a convoy, it's safer. Anyway, I would then head immediatly to the gun store down the street and stock up on ammo and weapons. At this point i have two choices. If I only have a few people with me and expect rescue soon, I go to the Jiffy Lube right nex tto the gun store. Seal the place off, you know the pits under the car holder things? That's where we sleep. We lower the car holders at night or if under attack so the zombies cant get to us. For food there's a grocery store nearby. Plus we can post snipers on the roof to protect the parties going ot the store. If, on the other hand I have a large group of people with me or dont expect immediate rescue, the best bet I can figure is actually to hole up in the local Walmart. As we all know, they've got EVERYTHING at Walmart. This is also my emergency backup location in case plan A fails. At Walmart there's food, shelter, camping suplies, guns, ammo, water, televisions, RADIOS, etc etc etc. Plus, all the doors have those grates you can close on em.
lol I just realized how much I rambled. Everyone who heres my plan calls me nuts, but I say hey, better safe than sorry. And it's not just for zombies you know. What if something else happened? Anyway, I always thought it'd be kinda cool.

Hell yeah, I'd eat all those New York Bagel Crissp garlic things and the doughnuts. mmmmmmmm....delicious. And there's even an auto parts area so that if you needed to repair a vehicle you could do it. And hell, wh9ile you're at it you could even put in a sweet new sound system, rims, new tires, cool dangly things for the rearview, custom pedals, seat covers, and then you could mount guns and stuff on it using the tools in the home improvement section. I've got it even better since the Walmart in my town is literally right next to the Home Depot.
