Im fully qualified for the job. I've had 4 years experience in using marijuana. Im educated on the cultural and spiritual aspects of the substances involved.
A rastafarian in Jamaica introduced me to marijuana, and its cultural aspects. From there it was clear that these substances are sacred and should not be abused. Natural plants have defense mechanisms, if you consume too much they become toxic. I've developed a comprehensive plan to guide any abuser to become a moderate user.
