this totally made me think of something..
i used to work in a deli/bagel store that was right across the street from a hospital in a very wealthy town (not mine, i just worked there). and we had a big ass windowfront. the entire store's front was all glass. so me and my boss, who like my age and mad cool, we used to apoxy change to the sidewalk and watch out the window and laugh at the people that tried to pick it up (to no avail). it was so funny...youd see people like look around to see if soeone was watching them and then they would get PISSED when they couldnt get the change up. we got busted laughing a couple of times too. but then we started getting "smart" and we would throw out small change after apoxy-ing quarters and silver dollars down.
one day the asshole who was the president of the hospital across the street tried to get the change...this fucking guy..he probably makes over a million dollars a year and he's trying to pick this shit up...hes prying at it...hes using his probably $500 gucci shoes to get tthis fucking measly ass quarter...so anyway, this is going on for like 10 minutes and then he huffs off. it was so funny. a few hours later, this fucking guy actually came back with a hammer and was trying to use the back part of it to get the quarter off!! we busted so many people that summer, but THAT guy was the best...omg he was soo mad!
