A health inspector comes to a septic tank clean out and walked into the bathroom to speak to the boss. He found someone standing and smoking a smoke.

"You must be the boss," said the inspector.

"Nope. He's outside."

The inspector goes outside and spots another guy just standing looking into a hole in the ground.

"You must be the boss."

"Nope. He's in the tank."

The inspector walks over to the tank which is sending up a stench. He looks down into the tank and spots a guy almost covered in.......it.

"You the boss?"

"Yeah. What can I do for ya?"

"Answer me a question. Why are you the boss and your the one down in the tank doing the nastiest job?"

"Ya don't see these guys giving me any shit, do ya?"
