|  Newbie from boa Hey--I am just introducing myself as I am new to all of this--boa--that's me. I read quite a bit of what many had to say yesterday and I am still somewhat conflicted. I have read so much of what some say doesn't work and then people who call it shit. I'm not a dummy but there seems to be so much conflicting opinions. I realize that the best way to pass a drug test (Urine) is not to smoke. However, I will give you guys my stats and see what comes back to me. I am 54, height 5'3", weight approx 170, exercise is mostly bicycling and walking (DUII here). I quit smoking altogether from the first of February until about a week or so again and then I took one puff for about three days in a row. My question is obvious. I will be doing a UA in approx two weeks or so and I am very concerned (after reading all these conflicting opinions/advise). I drink a gallon of water every day and have been for a couple of months, take B Complex, milk thistle, Citracal and potassium gluconate. What do you think--should I be concerned and if so, lets hear some viable input. THANKS!!!! |

|  So much bud, so little time. Hi! Well, I'm not an expert, but if you've taken 3 puffs in 2 months before your test, don't worry. Just stop smoking, and drink water. There's also a lot of other tips floating around this forum, so good luck.
