|  Just Starting I have only been smoking weed for a couple of months. I saw where weed smoked by rolling only delivers around 28% THC, a bong 63% and a vaporizer 92%. I read this just after I ran out of weed. More on the way in a week or so. I use weed to help me sleep (severe insomnia) and usually take 3 or 4 hits off of my joint.
