hey whats up everyone, im not a pot smoker, but im thinking of getting into it, lol i ask my friend that is a weed smoker, but he wont let me, hes like "im not getting you into this stuff, you'll get addicted." but i want to try it. its about like 20$ a gram here, so how much should i buy if its my first time trying? im a cigarette smoker too. does anyone have any suggestions?

So, too bad about your friend. That would have been a nice way to start, though if he's serious about "you'll get addicted" that's to bad. Pot is not addictive by definition. To the degree it may be 'habit forming' just put it in context with a gazillion other things in our lives. You know -
TV, music, sex, goat's milk, potato chips - blah, blah, blah.

Take your time. Do some "searches" here and get acquainted with what it's all about.
I think you'll find it worth the time.
If nothing else you'll likely find some new friends...

Is there a reason that your friend thinks that you would get addicted? Marijuana is generally non-addictive. It's not physically addictive but people with an "addictive personality" may become psychologically addicted. Is there reason for your your friend to suspect that you might be one of them?

One gram should be more than enough. That's pretty expensive. Where do you live?

=p ok ill quit the butts, i quit for 2 weeks, but ill have it once in a while, like every 2 weeks or so. so its not bad, its the ultra lights, too.. and i live in modesto, i think its 20$ a gram because someone from modesto posted on a poll saying its 20$ a gram, so i emailed him about it, ive read alot about weed. i know different types, but i dont remember the names very well, what kind of weed should i try for a beginner? mid?
