i think toking is popular everywhere.

is that really more japanese then you know? wow................. in that case, youll be hearing that phrase quite alot. it means stupid foreigner (which may be a tad redundant, but still). my suggestion to you is to learn the language and culture asap

What up. I'm from Japan. Drug in general is not that popular in Japan yet, but in recent 5 years it is getting big deal through law enforecment and etc... It took me while to find a dealer, but there are lots of street dealer in japan. Most of them are middle eastern or european who are dealing. (from my exprience)

Hey I'm not trying to be a prejudice bastard but I've heard of a few people say they had negative experiences from Japan. Japanese people treat them like complete outsiders and sometimes won't let them use the restaurants or stores. And doesn't jingai or I think the right way is "gai-jin" mean "unlucky" to be born not Japanese? Now that to me is pretty damm cocky if it is true. What's kinda weird is how the Japanese people treat each other. They always show respect and bow. So what do you think man?

They just resent loud arrogant Americans, so maybe don't act like a complete posterchild of American ignorance and arrogance and you shouldn't have one bit of a problem. (My African American aunt goes to Tokyo and Hong Kong monthly and loves it).

Good nugs are hard to come by and are expensive ($30 USD+ gram), I guess you have to know the right people for a good deal. Japan is all about some pharms and the "4 letter off topic M word".
