Hey guys I need some advice. I started smoking this summer. After the first time I tried it, I did it everyday for a month. I then decided to slow down because I was being careless. Well school comes around and I was still smoking. I skipped some homework assignments so I could go toke. My mom then told me I need to get a physical. So I stopped for 40 days because my parents would literally beat me if they found out I smoked since I was getting a piss test. I bought 3gs for myself a couple days before the appointment. I planned to smoked after that until Halloween. well I got a concussion the day before my appointment. That doesn’t really matter its just a concussion. Well now my piss test shows theres blood in my urine. There in something wrong with my liver. I have to go back and piss again in 2 weeks. So, I sell my 3 g’s because it was taunting me. {Mod Note: Dealing references are off-topic} I like smoking weed because it relaxing. I like the high and it calms me down. I want to stop smoking though. What else can I do to relax me like weed does? Im pretty sure theres nothing. In the back of my head I know if I keep smoking im gonna get caught. Im pretty sure im addicted…. Thanks for reading this all. I really just wanted to tell someone what was happening.

MJ is not addictive, you're simply letting the propoganda let you think you're addicted, because you like the feeling of being "high".

it may not be addictive purely but there may be other factors effecting it... fuck what everyone else says mate, stop if your not enjoying.

no i am really enjoying it. thats why i crave it. i guess you right i cant actually be addicted but it seems like that.

Okay, it's cool that you are using your brain for this situation.

It would be my suggestion that you find out why there is BLOOD in your urine. Which means that it's a really good idea to stay away from the cannabis. Don't need some Doc thinking because you got THC in your system is why whatever. Just what an old man thinks. Stay Cool!

That sucks. Maybe you could talk to your doctor, if he's cool like that... My doc when I was a teen probably would have been cool about it to not "tell" or something. But if your doc is not, then that sucks... I also was told you have to order a thc test, or it is just urine for other things (like infections...), not totally sure how that works, but you could find out for sure. Or, try the "I can't pee, I dont have to go" and ask if you can take the cup home and bring it back for them... I did that a few times (I actually couldnt go..) so if you just play dumb they might not suspect it...

Someone sells a fake penis that you pee with using someone else's urine.... Might be a pricey idea, but hey

Don't skip assignments just to get high. That's a good way for your parents to suspect something. If your grades start going down they'll probably look into why...don't give them a reason to be concerned your up to no good. I'm not saying smoking weed is bad (it's one of my favorite things to do) - just be responsible about it and do your work FIRST.


Damn, that sucks. I hope everything works out. I wouldn't smoke until you find out if anything is wrong. Just my opinion.

For me, nothing really works in place of weed. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Maybe try a new hobby to keep you busy and your mind on other things until you can smoke again. I also like to smoke to relax and unwind from a hard day


I don't believe it's possible to be physically addicted, at least that's what I've read many times over

You know, unless you were getting your physical SPECIFICLY to test for drugs, they usually wont run a drug screen. They are expensive, and they only do them if a parent asks and pays for it. A normal urine test wont test for drugs.

surely there's something else you can do to take your mind off of the smoke for a bit, huh? Hobbies or reading or something? Do you work out or have a sport or something that you are into? Something surely. herb is not your entire life is it?

If it is, then yeah, maybe you need to look at that man, cause that's not good at all. I have lots of stuff I do besides getting high. I like to get high and do some stuff, but some things I wouldn't enjoy being high at all.
