I'm an old hippie who started smoking cigs before any warnings -- nobody thought there was anything harmful in them -- not that it would have made that big of a difference, but at least.... Anyway, while I support your interests in everything, personally, I can't partake because of my health. If I get diagnosed with cancer, I do plan to request an Rx for THC tabs as I believe there are lots of medicinal benefits, many more than currently being researched: Altzheimers, ADHD, Bipolar, Alcoholism,....

Really? It's good to hear that from a professional himself rather than from some unconfirmed source. I had Bipolar type I disorder, and when I was first diagnosed it was interestingly disturbing. I knew I had it, as I've had dark series of depressions, ups and downs over long periods of time, but since I started smoking weed I have been stuck in a manic phase. So, when I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, and was told I'd be medicated for being a manic, I was quite confused. I mean, the symptoms are feelings of euphoria, intense appetite, and other symptoms I found oh-so common with me just being stoned outta my wits. Still, I take my pills and establish the confidence in my head that they work.

I know a lot of ADHD kids who once they toss away their medicines, will smoke a shitload of weed. It does the same thing but it doesn't "keep me from being myself" as others do. Some of these kids can use marijuana really well, and some really fuck up because they're trying to self-medicate without a doctor.

That sounds like a great book. Is it an e-book? Or is it available at my local bookstore?

I am very impressed, as a self~proclaimed writer myself (nothing published only personal enjoyment/therapy, you can find some of it here on the fourm) I love thie imagery you projected with only a synopsis. I admire your ambition/compassion.
Keep up the wonderful writing and please let us know of anything else we can conceivably do to be the contributing members of society. So many of us smokers actually are unbeknowith of the general masses.
