| I've seen a lot of discussion about passing drug tests. What happens when you die (for whatever reason), and your spouse/partner files your life insurance claim? Is an autopsy required? If you once held a smokers policy and switched to a non-smoking policy when you quit tobacco wouldn't the insurance company want to investigate if you died a smoker's death (heart attack, copd, lung cancer, etc.). Call me paranoid, but I'm imaging a life of poverty if something happens to my spouse. He is displays COPD symptoms, but he did not admit to marijuana use when applying for his policy. If some one has any answers I would be really grateful! |
