OK finally after a few hours searching sites I finally found out seed shipment is illegal. No that I didnt think it was, I just wanted to be sure. Now I came here and found a thread stating that not really any legal action will be taken, just customs nabbing the goods. Is this true?? And has anyone ever gotten the seeds through?? I was a grower up to 2 monthsago when I had to move away from my home town and now I dont know a soul over here. And smokeless for 2 months!!!!? Anyone know anything about buying seeds overseas?

Not sure about the penalties if you get caught, though. Could be busted with intent to manufacture illegal substances. However, this would only happen if you had a history of growing that the police knew about, or if you had a ton of growing equipment. If you don't have a record and wait until AFTER the seeds arrive to purchase growing equipment, I think you should be safe from that. However, what you really have to worry about is them letting the seeds through, than coming to your house two months later and finding your plants-because of this, order to a PO Box or a friends house.

I ordered some a while ago but they never arrived and I havn't heard any word from authorities. It's been about 4 months now.
