Hello all, new to the forums with a question. Any ideas on a successful way to drive around with some mj in a decent hiding place? everywhere I seem to put it in my vehicle it seems like it would be much to obvious to the cops, any input would be nice

Don't travel with more weed than you can swallow in a hurry in case you get puled over. Ideally, you need to shove it down your gullet in between the time an officer pulls you over and gets to your vehicle.
For most people that's no more than a couple joints.

As far as hiding it in the car, no place is safe, as TM said. If the cop has to bring a drug dog to the scene the dog will find it.

it's true that no place is truly safe, but i keep mine where the front windshield meets the ceiling, like between the ceiling material and the actual metal of the roof

As mentioned, if you have ganja in the car the drug dog will most likely smell it out but I think you were just looking for some sneaky little places to store it for the time being. I have a litle panel on the floor of the passenger side and it is popped off kinda. So, I just slide that off a little and stash shit in there.

my advice, only take what you can eat and have a water bottle right their to wash it down, and always make sure that it is in less then 3 bags and under a ounce, never drive with a scale or anything stupid like that

no hiding space is perfectly safe, i have ones im pretty confident about but i know that if a canine was involved i would be screwed

There's no way anyone could swallow an oz of marijuana between the time he sees the flashing lights and the time the cop walks up to the driver's side window. If your weed is in bags, you'd better eat the bags, too, because the residue would be enough to get you busted. If you have more than one bag, the courts often construe that as "possession with intent to distribute".

I think we pretty much came to the conclusion to NOT drive with weed on you. I mean, alot of people drive around with a small bag in their pocket or something but try not to be excessive if you must do it at all.

Yeah i guess the smartest thing to do would be to not drive around with it, but its pretty much me and a few buddies for the most part just trying to get from 1 of our houses to the others, which evers empty, we usually only have a couple blunts but sometimes I have to transfer over a couple oz's when my stock is low and I do get nervous because like most of you said the k9 unit is so easily accessible nowadays its gettin tough
