|  Friends pipe situation. Several weeks ago, a friend of mine was given a DWI on a college campus, and another friend had his pipe confiscated. This isnt about the DWI friend, but the pipe friend. The cop let him walk home, didnt issue any sort of ticket, and my friend never heard anything about it until today. I guess he has to go to a college hearing now. Can this be right? It seems odd that he wasnt ticketed or arrested, but this still comes up. This is in NY by the way, and it was on a SUNY campus.
