here's the story. one of my female friend's boyfriend got arrested late last week. he got caught stealin from Wal-Mart. (i dont know what he stole but thats pretty damn stupid 2 me) im not really worried bout that, what im thinkin bout is the weed that he had on him. my friend told me they found some weed on him when they arrested him. how much? i dont know, but he sells blunts so im guessin around 3-5 blunts worth. now, i read somewhere else on here that 3+ grams is a felony but i dont know what state that was for. what amounts get u what punishment in TX?

btw, they let'em out after 2 nights and he's on a probationary period before his court date. oh, and it is his 1st offence, so im guessin a fairly good lawyer can get'm probation w/o time.
