Ok so this was last night. I was at home like at 9 pm with some friends and i told my mom i was gonna drop them off and there is a cementary right by my house and we always park there and smoke and nothing happens. Well this time we saw the cops and my stupid friend just threw away the weed instead of just stashing it in his pants in case they would let us leave. Well i told the officer a story and he told us just to get out of there that we couldn't hang there if we weren't doing nothing. If my friend had stashed his weed then we would have been cool but after i dropped on friend off we were on the road and the cops stopped us. Well they told me to get out of the vehicle and i did and the officer asked me some questions and he said i shouldn't lie and i told him wat if i don't then he said i might get a break. Well i gave him the weed and told him we were just smoking and he just made me break it. Then he told me and my friend that we were now registered as user and they could stop us for no reason to check us. Ok i just want to know what does that mean "registered as a user"? Does it mean that i have a criminal record and if someone like an employer checks he'll see that i am a marijuana user or is it just like for the cops to check? I live in the state of new mexico.
