The state where I live says I can use cannabis for medicine. But there is nowhere to get the medicine the state has approved. How many medicinal users are in states with a similar situation?

I have a suggestion. If enough people invested what they can afford to lose, in an LLC for the distribution of medicinal cannabis, then there would be someplace for they themselves to get it, as well as everyone else.

An LLC means you have a limited liability. The Feds can only take the assets of the company, they can't go after you. It's still a risk, but you only lose some money. It's very unlikely they could take everything else you own and put you in jail.

Is anyone interested in forming an LLC for the distribution and sale of medicinal cannabis to state approved users? Anyone tired of the hassle of growing their own pot, or the risk of buying on the black market?
