|  Ohio Laws - Anyone with personal knowledge? Hey folks, new to the site and have a question... I recently moved to Ohio and I'm curious about the possession laws here. I've read on a couple of sites that anything less than 100g is just a citation with a $100 fine and no criminal record. Now, I'm old enough to know that there's often a difference between the letter of the law, and it's actual enforcement in the community. Are there any Ohio residents here with personal experiences they can share? Is personal-use possession really just a slap on the wrist? I'm very interested in hearing from the community. BTW, I lived in Cincinnati specifically, if that matters. Thnx |
