|  Possession for the purpose of trafficking - ontario Hi all The other night I was busted with about 6 or 7 ounces by an O.P.P. all scaled up into ounces and halfs, with my scale on me. I didn't get put in jail but they did charge me with possession for the purpose of trafficking marijuana. I have two questions that I hope one of you can answer for me.. 1) Should I try and apply for legal aid or should I just get a lawyer? and 2) What sort of punishment am I looking at for having that much.. like how much jailtime or probation? Thanks |
