| Hello, I recently took a pre-employment drug screen. I called the clinic where I took the test, and was told that I was not entitled to the results. Only the company which ordered the test can have access to the results, according to the clinic. I have posted in the forum for urine testing on this site, and have received conflicting opinions on the subject of my right(or lack thereof) to receive a copy of my results. My family doctor claims that I should have a right to this info, and has urged me to always get copies of any medical tests which I have done. But, then again, he is not an attorney, so may not know for sure what the facts are here. So, I am reaching out to see if anyone can give me some definitive info, or perhaps point me in the direction of some definitive source on the matter. Thanks all...this site is brilliant, IMHO BB | |
