Hello,

I recently took a pre-employment drug screen. I called the clinic where I took the test, and was told that I was not entitled to the results. Only the company which ordered the test can have access to the results, according to the clinic.

I have posted in the forum for urine testing on this site, and have received conflicting opinions on the subject of my right(or lack thereof) to receive a copy of my results. My family doctor claims that I should have a right to this info, and has urged me to always get copies of any medical tests which I have done. But, then again, he is not an attorney, so may not know for sure what the facts are here.

So, I am reaching out to see if anyone can give me some definitive info, or perhaps point me in the direction of some definitive source on the matter.
