|  Are seeds legal or not? I live in New York and I am curious if pot seeds are illegal to have? |

| I actually had a friend who went to jail over stems and seeds, I guess maybe it could have just been the stems? But when she told me of her arrest she specifically mentioned the seeds too. Then again, I live in a small town in Alabama where you can pretty much get arrested for anything.  Bored ass cops...
