|  Friend in trouble I had a friend who was busted this morning with a little under an ounce, but before the cops arrested him they had him pour the bag out and the cop ground it into the street with his heel. Does this mean that they wouldn't have a case against him because of no evidence. I mean aren't they supposed to test it before they can actually charge him?...  |
