ok so i was just getting off work, had my brother pick me up, we stopped somewhere to blaze up, a bike cop rolls up out of nowhere, we toss the weed, he smells smoke on us and searches the surrounding area, finds nothing, then searches us finds nothing, tells us to go on our way, then finds the weed and calls us back eventually telling us we'll have a summons to court. I am on probation right now with one of the charges being possession of class D, and another probation in a separate city in the same state for a DUI (yea i know, i was fuckin up) this one was a violation of the first but my PO is cool, I dont live there so i just have to call once a month. i get off the first probation in 10 days, the other one not til february, so i have a few questions.
Will it be a violation getting summoned to court for either probation?
Do you think the summons will be before ten days from now? [just happened tonight]
its just probable cause because they found nothing on us, it was near us, but the prior possession charge obviously looks suspect. am I straight? or do you think they can fuck me over?
