| Is it legal for a Santa Barbara marijuana distributer to grow (and contract for) marijuana in Mendocino Co. and sell it in SLO or SB? and, is it fair to the neighborhoods in Mendo that the said marijuana is grown in to be so exploited? |

| well as i do not believe that there is a dispensary here in san luis obispo, i dont think that would work. there have already been several dispensaries shut down in slo county (the ones in morro bay i think). i would research this very carefully because the goal of a dispensary in california is to stay just below the radar. since there are quite a lot of dispensaries, the feds can't go after them all, so they go after the prominant ones that attract attention. my point is that growing and dispensing in the same building/neighborhood is one thing, whereas long distance transport of marijuana could very well inhance any charges you might incur, and may attract more attention. in other words, i dont really know the answer |
