Please help i'm worried

Hello everybody here. I'm new in the forum, I found out about it because I was looking for some legal information. This is the problem I have:
I'll try to give you all the details I can so you can give me better advice(sorry if it gets too long though).

I am dominican and live in dominican republic:
I've been ordering drugs online (shrooms, peyote) for some months now, everything has been alright until now. The thing is I ordered 30 weed seeds from a site from england two months ago and they haven't arrived yet. Other stuff i ordered later arrived already (but not ordered from the same site). It is true that the last time I ordered something from the same site from where I ordered the seeds it took a long time to arrive, like a month. I've been several times to the post office to ask about a package i'm supposed to get from england, they told me it happens sometimes, and that it was probably because of the way they sent it (airsure). They say sometimes it can take a while.They told me the same thing last time about the other order which took a month to arrive. Anyway, the thing is I think it might have been busted and am worrying A LOT!!!

I though that by ordering some books with it, if they opened the package they might not find the seeds. Big mistake, cause now I realize the bigger the package, the more suspicious it gets, plus all the damn books are about pot and drugs! (not the mention they probably put the seeds on top of the books so they wouldn't get crushed, but hell wouldn't it have been easier to scan the seeds if they had come alone without the books anyway? there's no way to win with the customs man :S )

Another suspicious thing: the site gave me the tracking code, when I track the package in the royal mail site, it says it's been handed to the local postal services of my country, but when they tracked it at my local postal office, they told me the package appears as sent from there but not as arrived here. two tracking system contradicting themselves! what the fuck?

THESE ARE MY QUESTIONS:

Just in case you didn't want to read the whole post xD:

If the seeds never arrive, should I order them again? I really want to grow my own high quality weed

but would it get me in more trouble?

If they busted the package does that mean they'll be checking and suspecting of every mail or package sent to me? would it mean that next time i order some illegal stuff i'll get in really big trouble? What are the odds of getting mail busted more then once in a lifetime?

If they do arrive should I suspect something? how should I react? I would feel bad rejecting the package cause i spent almost 400 US dollars in total (books + seeds). If I rejected them and the package wasn't busted and everything was alright (you know,just bad postal handeling or delay) i would feel really stupid.

Am I being paranoid?

I'd really like to know what kind of things could have made them suspect the package...just the size? I know dogs wouldn't smell seeds between the books...so what else could made customs suspect a package contains illegal stuff? just so I can avoid mistakes in the future :S
What I'm asking is, where do the suspicion comes from in the first place? or do they randomly check let's say one package out of ten and some people have REALLY bad luck? I really don't get how they manage to fucking bust stuff in the mail...really don't

PLEASE ENLIGHT ME
I wanna know how they know which packages to search, or at least what is the ¨life cycle¨of a mailed package once arrived to the destined country
