|  What can the DNR do legaly? Are they the same as regular police but different? I am asking this question because a friend of mine just got a ticket for fishing w/out a licence y'know basically standard as you can get, but one of the officers thought he'd pat both me and my freind (we are both 18 BTW and I wasn't fishing at all) AND his 13 year old brother who was fishing. he said he wanted to check for "fish hooks" make sure we didn't have any in our pockets. we weren't stoned and we had nothing on us at the time. Is this legal? |
