hey, so I've just decided i want to buy a vaporizer, but something cheap and something portable, so I've narrowed it down to the two most popular (seemingly) the VaporGenie and the Vaporstar.

I really want a Vaporstar, BUT i am naive to buying things like these online and am just curious whether i can import the vaporstar into the US hastle-free. (they're located in the UK) Would it be considered drug paraphernalia?

I guess a more general question would be- what is "drug paraphernalia". I've seen bowls being sold in stores, but would i get in trouble with the cops if they found one on me?

if it had marijuana or any other type of drug residue you'd get in trouble. If they haven't been used before they're all set.

If they ship to the U.S., it shouldn't be a problem.
It's like Hash said. It's only considered "drug paraphernalia" if it's been used to consume (unfortunately) illegal substances.
The feds have differing ideas, but I wouldn't sweat this one.
